The Nutritional Assistant assists the Executive Chef with any food preparation and serving needs. They are responsible for ensuring that patients get proper nutrition while in our care. They will direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other food. They will be responsible for keeping temperature logs and maintaining other documentation and necessary.

*Must be available to work weekends and midday – early evening throughout the week.
